 Where are you located?

I am located in beautiful downtown Wasilla, Alaska within the Regan Building. My address is 3161 E Wasilla-Palmer Hwy Suite 6, Wasilla, AK 99654.


Do you have a cancellation policy?

I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within a 12 hour period will result in a 100% payment of the reserved appointment. No shows will result in a 100% payment of reserved appointments.


Are children allowed?

I recommend that you find someone to watch your children during your appointment so that you can allow yourself to relax and get pampered without having to worry about caring for your child. With that being said, I understand circumstances change and I will not turn you away if you have your little one with you.

 

What do you specialize in?

I am a balayage and foilayage specialist/expert. I have received extensive training and have been perfecting these techniques over the past several years.


Do you have a service guarantee policy?

If you are not satisfied with your service outcome, please let me know within three days of your appointment and I will try my best to meet your expectations.


Do you sell gift certificates?

I don’t sell gift certificates.


Do I really need a consultation?

I require consultations for first time color clients. Communication is very important to me, and I want to ensure that any new clients have the opportunity to talk to me in person and make sure that I am a good fit for them and give an accurate quote. This also gives me the opportunity to see, touch, and feel your hair and come up with a good game plan. Digital consultations can sometimes work, but in my experience, there is no substitute for an in-person consultation.
